She introduced the meeting agenda: First, the general managers of each of group’s holding subsidiaries will provide reports on the annual work and outlook for the new year with on-site presentations and videos to show the operational status of each business segments. Second, after the reports from subsidiaries, Mr. Xia will comment them on-site, reviewing the results of the year’s work and identifying the future direction.  

She looked back at the past and pointed out that this way allowed participants to immerse themselves in the companies’ journeys and achievements in 2025, consolidating the group’s efforts. It served not only as a summary of work but as a focused review of the group’s execution and the demonstration of the hardworking spirit of Hejia employees.

Yu Chao, the General Manager of Chengpei


CHINA Chengdu Auto Parts Company (Chengpei) released the annual report—The Dual-Engine Strategy to Expand our Global Footprint— Strategy shapes Tomorrow: In 2025, the global industrial environment is complex and ever-changing. In this context, our company adhere to focuse on efficiency and quality, relying on the dedication of all employees maintain a steady growth. 

Significant results achieved from operation: Although the total production in 2025 decreased by 5.21%, the gross value of production increased by 3.74%, main business revenue grew by 2.72% (achieving 102% of the budget), the comprehensive profit margin rose by 3.34% and total profit surged by 73%, with core financial indicators nearly surpassing those of peers across the board. These achievements stem from collaboration, with the B2.2 and EB3-generation aircraft strategic projects performing outstandingly. The team established a cross-department, overcoming technical and supply chain challenges, facilitating project approval through PPAP audits, laying a solid foundation over the next 5-10 years.

Looking ahead to the next 3-5 years, our company defines dual-engine strategy to expand our global footprint, aiming to break free from the limitations and to promote sustained growth. As the year of strategic launch, will see the company striving forward and starting to the new journey.

Xia Chaojia (Mr. Xia), the chairman of the board of Hejia Group pointed out:2025 has been an extraordinary and fruitful year for Chengpei. Not only did we advance various routine production tasks, but successfully completed the phased production ramp-up of two Stellantis. What deeply moved me was that everyone managed to complete the technical renovation that originally required a year in just a few short months. Starting this year, the company’s product lines will fully focus on export business with most products gradually entering the global market. This is not only a high recognition from the international market of our manufacturing capability and product quality, but an important milestone for Chengpei in moving toward globalization. In the face of the transformation of new energy, we continue to adhere to our core business and refine our work, responding to the challenges and opportunities of the era with concrete actions.

Chengdu Chengbao Development Company (Chengbao) released the annual report—Unite Efforts, Deepen Development and Await the Bloom: In 2025, the motor vehicle inspection market underwent profound changes. Chengbao has achieved remarkable results in standard leadership and technological research and development, earning national honors. We have steadily advanced product, implementing core products such as information system software and new motorcycle inspection equipment. Focusing on customization and team building, it responds to special customer needs by developing multiple tailored inspection systems, optimizing technical solutions, strengthening team collaboration and promoting the standardization of the R&D system.

Chengbao is deeply cultivating both emerging and core markets, expanding overseas business along the “Belt and Road” initiative, with expected cooperation with the Central African Republic and Nigeria. Chengbao is a rather unique enterprise, being the standard setter for exhaust emission testing in the automotive industry. Last year, despite facing severe market challenges, Chengbao’s employees, leveraging its technological advantages, brought good news early in the year due to maintenance of military equipment. Through multiple rounds of negotiation, Hejia is ready to take Chengbao’s related projects overseas to Nigeria, with prospects of expanding to the entire African Market. Chengbao’s intelligent traffic management has already become a national model and it has reached a leading position in new technology. It is believed that Chengbao will achieve a significant business breakthrough this year.

Yao Bing, the Rotating General Manager of Feiqiu


Sichuan Feiqiu Group (Feiqiu) released the annual report—Deepen Digital Development and Innovate to Expand the Market: In 2025, Feiqiu made breakthroughs in multiple aspects such as digital transformation, market expansion, R&D qualifications and green transformation. In terms of digital transformation, Feiqiu prioritized the construction of the first phase of the Digital Factory. The MES system was successfully launched,  improving the efficiency of production planning and the speed of quality, reducing the cost of paper documents by 50%-80% and cutting workshop payroll calculation time by 70%. Feiqiu was awarded the title of “Digital Workshop” by Zigong, Sichuan.

Market expansion is being pursued through multiple efforts, undertaking various pipeline projects under the national pipeline network, signing multiple pumped storage power station projects and expanding applications in niche sectors such as the chemical industry. The traditional valve market is being consolidated and the pipeline cleaning valve series products have achieved bulk exports to the EBS oilfield in Iraq. Significant progress has been made in research and development as well as qualification, with six standards participated in formulating now implemented, multiple new products developed and the design of 53 specifications across nine product categories completed.

Environmental performance has improved from grade D to grade B, earning recognition as a Green Factory in Sichuan for 2025. In 2026, Feiqiu will lead with digital transformation, optimize internal management to overcome bottlenecks, strengthen technology to enhance competitiveness, integrate resources and explore new pathways. These efforts aim to support the cultivation of new quality productivity and promote high-quality to reach a new level.

Jiapin is the first company established during Hejia second entrepreneurial venture and it is also the first joint-stock company, representing a community of both career and destiny. The vacuum industry spans from aerospace to many aspects of daily life. Currently, over 95% of high-end products in this industry are imported. Drawing on more than forty years of entrepreneurial experience, Hejia has successfully developed several of the most challenging key components in the vacuum, such as rotor shafts, through the Axis-Based Expansion Strategy. The company has successfully developed assembled rotor shafts, filling a global gap. Jiapin is quite young, with many young employees and high enthusiasm and it is believed that by adjusting strategies, the company will achieve breakthrough this year.

Zeng Xiangwei, the Deen of Research Institute


Sichuan Hejia High-tech Research Institute (Research Institute) released the annual report Support and Innovation: The year 2025 will be a critical year for the research institute in terms of the accumulation of resource technologies and industrial integration. By focusing on the four core areas of intellectual property fillings, technical talent reserves, R&D transformation, and external cooperation, achieving phased results and laying a solid foundation for future.

Intellectual property filings have been remarkable, with successful completion of the patent applications and publications in China and the United States for core technologies such as the passive pipeline-directed blasting emergency blockage system, improving the intellectual property protection framework. The implementation of technology and research and development are progressing steadily, with a focus on advancing cooperation with Towngas. Subsequent plans include the installation of equipment and the establishment of testing benches, with finalization of experimental details and obtaining government approval. In addition, an initial cooperation intention has been reached with the UK Gas Association.

The year 2026 will be a critical year for the implementation of project and technical integration, focusing on jointly building a pilot platform with Towngas, conducting research and preliminary preparations for new projects, planning to harmonious cooperation with the UK and Germany in relevant fields, relying on the Hejia’s new business and overseas market to provide technical support for the going global.

After five years of dedicated research, our original blueprint has evolved into tangible outcomes. It all started with the Feiqiu Valve project. Our deep expertise in valve made us keenly aware of the importance of pipeline safety, prompting us to launch systematic research. Over the past five years, the team has worked together to achieve breakthroughs in core technologies. We have been granted invention patents in both China and the United States, winning high praise and professional recognition from customers. This year, we launched a pilot cooperation with Towngas and are preparing for phased acceptance by British Gas. Notably, no similar project in Sichuan has yet formed a complete industrial chain from R&D to international cooperation. Our efforts are blazing a new trial for regional industrial upgrading. We invest in high technologies with unwavering strategic commitment, regardless of time and cost. Wu Jianlin, the Vice President of Hejia


Hejia Overseas Business Department (Overseas Department) released annual report—Hejia’s Second Startup: A Journey to Global Success: In 2025, the Overseas Department, aligning with going global, achieved significant breakthroughs across three dimensions: platform construction, project implementation and resource integration. It reached a national-level cooperation in the China-Nigeria automotive sector, signing agreements and promoting mutual visits and project implementation. The department completed the quality upgrade of Hejia Building in Guangzhou Huangpu Free Trade Zone, planning to develop a comprehensive automotive industry-bilateral cross-border industrial park. It expanded the international cooperation, collaborated with leading domestic enterprises and signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with relevant parties in Nigeria. By connecting with international partners, it assisted Hejia in being selected as a core recommended enterprise for Chengdu’s external openness, promoting passive control technology.

In 2026, the Overseas Business Department will focus on promoting the renovation of the Lagos Vehicle Inspection Center in Nigeria and the construction of a new inspection line at Apapa Port, launching the pilot construction of the NADDC National Vehicle Inspection and Certification Center and advancing mutual recognition of used car inspection standards, exploring the establishment of a China-Nigeria digital automotive parts trading, leveraging the Jiabaishi to carry out used car exports and build a domestic service under bilateral cross-border industrial park, promoting the overseas expansion of the automotive, energy, infrastructure and agriculture ecosystem and following up on overseas projects. In 2026, the focus will be on project implementation, deepening global cooperation and driving the Group’s international business to new heights.

The year 2025 is a crucial year for Hejia go global. Hejia is taking its mature industrial fruition: Chengpei’s axle products have deeply penetrated the supply chains of leading domestic automobile companies, with robust technology; Chengbao’s automotive testing lines are nearing cooperation implementation, with potential to cover the entire African market in the future. At the same time, we assist Nigeria in jointly establishing automobile import standards, organizing capable domestic enterprises to enter overseas markets collectively and alleviate difficulties, while also planning to expand overseas for advantageous industries such as valves, opening up a new pattern.

The establishment of the Overseas Business Department aims to integrate the group’s advantageous industries, social resources and operational experience, to collaboration and avoid pressure. The African market has immense potential and we will export mature domestic technologies and high-quality models, supporting local development while realizing our own value.

Sichuan Jiayihui Technology Company (Jiayihui) released the annual report—Breaking Through in Healthcare, Pioneering a New Chapter of Holistic Growth: In 2025, Jiayihui remains committed to cultivating its position. Relying on the hard work and collaboration of all employees, various business areas have achieved breakthroughs. First, the focus is placed on the medical industry chain segments: the promotion of patented products is proceeding in an orderly manner and several core products are being developed in the new medical consumables sector; Chunyu Medical has successfully transformed into the elderly rehabilitation physiotherapy and pain management to expand its business.

Jiayihui aims to achieve the holistic growth by 2026, promoting coordinated efforts in both conventional and consumable businesses; ensuring the submission of registration materials for five core products; registering no fewer than three patents and software copyrights to improve the intellectual property system; opening no fewer than four self-operated physiotherapy stores and completing the registration of its own brand and trademarks.

Jiayihui is a newly established company within Hejia. It originated from my immediate rapport with Mr. Chen Yong, the inventor of the arterial-venous indwelling needle. From acquaintance to gaining deeper understanding of each other, it culminated in him bringing his patented invention to jointly invest with the group in establishing Jiayihui.

Jiayihui has developed products such as arterial-venous indwelling needle, endotracheal tube and carbon dioxide absorber, which have a broad market, extremely low manufacturing costs, far below those of foreign manufacturers. They are practical medical supplies needed by public.

The successful transformation of the elderly rehabilitation physiotherapy and pain management business has further expanded Jiayihui’s business presence in the medical. I now believe that future should be on two key areas: the development of new products and the improvement of medical devices.

Wang Di, the General Manager of Jinpindi


Guizhou Jinpindi Mining Company (Jinpindi) released the annual report—Tailings-Free Green Mine Construction: In 2025, Jinpindi focused on challenges of tailings treatment, achieving breakthroughs in four major dimensions through policy coordination, technological research and multi-party collaboration. In terms of technological research, the company conducted beneficiation experiments in cooperation with Central South University, reaching a target grade of ≥50 grams/ton and a recovery rate of >90%, while simultaneously recovering associated minerals. Additionally, tailings brick-making trials were completed with excellent final product indicators, laying a solid technological foundation for the full-scale resource utilization of tailings.

In terms of industrial collaboration, we have connected with multiple benchmark enterprises. In the government-enterprise coordination, relying on the policy advantages of Danzhai County, the processing of procedures has been accelerated and project intention investment agreements have been signed. In terms of foundational work, preliminary tasks such as market research and ore collection have been completed and procedures for mine construction approval and land use approval are progressing in an orderly manner.

In 2026, the company will promote the implementation of projects and establish the objective of deepening the full-scale utilization of tailings resources and improving the closed-loop industrial chain of mining—ore dressing—tailings resource utilization. The focus will be on optimizing technical, finalizing the process route by the end of the year, ensuring an annual tailings treatment volume of 40,000 cubic meters and an annual production of 60 million standard bricks; accelerating project implementation, with the brick factory site selection starting in July, while simultaneously advancing mine infrastructure construction and team expansion; integrating policy resources, expediting approvals and jointly applying for subsidies; strengthening risk prevention and control, improving the environmental monitoring system, and ensuring that the discharge of the three wastes meets standards. This will contribute to the Group’s green and high-quality development and to Precision Exploitation of High-Grade Ores of Danzhai County.

The year 2025 is a crucial year for Hejia’s gold mining industry. Since investing 6 million yuan to acquire mining exploration rights in 2007, Hejia has spent more than a decade dedicated to exploration. About seven to eight years ago, it confirmed a gold reserve of 4.8 tons at a depth of 270 meters underground. Following the national policies of Precision Exploitation of High-Grade Ores and zero tailings, Hejia seized the policy opportunity to pursue a pathway for converting tailings into brick materials. Relying on successful cases from Central South University, it aspires to establish the first zero-tailings mine in Guizhou. Currently, the gold mine has only been explored down to 270 meters, while gold is often concentrated within the 1,000-meter underground range. Valued at 5 billion yuan at current gold prices, it has become a solid cornerstone of wealth for Hejia.

Xue Yuchuan, the General Manager of Qingshen Tianxiang


Qingshen Tianxiang Machinery Manufacturing Company (Qingshen Tianxiang) released the annual report—Flat Management, Empowered Frontline and Rapid Decision & Execution: As a subsidiary of Chengpei, Qingshen Tianxiang, since its acquisition by Mr. Xia in 2021, has strictly adhered to flat management and rapid decision-making response. Over several years of dedicated efforts, Qingshen Tianxiang has achieved growth in both revenue and profit, reaching record highs in both indicators in 2025.

Qingshen Tianxiang draws on the experience of Chengpei in decentralizing management and promotes organizational mechanism optimization. It establishes collaboration and delegates market decision-making right. It focuses on core business and outsources non-core business, among other measures. The core aim is to shorten decision-making paths and improve execution efficiency.

Qingshen Tianxiang will adhere to the mainstream and the flat management and collaborate together and reach achievement, thereby supporting the Hejia’s high-quality development.

Relying on only a few dozen employees and under limited equipment conditions and a highly streamlined personnel structure, the team successfully achieved growth in both sales revenue and profit by implementing flat management and fully stimulating internal vitality. It is hoped that this year the team can continue to deepen management innovation, with a more flexible and efficient approach, contribute even more to the growth of Hejia.

Jiang Ling, the General Manager of Hejia Seed


Sichuan Hejia Seed Company (Hejia Seed) released the annual report—Sow Globally, Harvest Together—Building the Future with Quality and Service: The year 2015, as a pivotal year for variety transformation and new variety development, the seed industry faces multiple challenges. Our company, centered on the market-oriented varieties, has advanced various tasks, achieving results and accumulating experience.

In 2025, the company will improve the direct sales and provincial agency models, achieving full coverage of key areas; 20 demonstration fields of 100 acres each will be established, and 3 provincial-level and 12 town-level on-site meetings will be held. “Shu You 730” and “Heng Feng You 212” performed outstandingly, “Jing You 539” achieved a breakthrough in yield per acre and expanded into new application scenarios. Quality control was significant, with support from Professor Wu’s team at Sichuan Agricultural University. The company responded effectively to the international market, optimized quarantine terms and gained valuable experience.

In 2026, the company will improve team cohesion, focus on innovation in vegetable seeds and intellectual property portfolio, upgrade the seed and services, ensure quality at the production source, promote the implementation of strategies and explore new future for high-quality development.

Chengdu Qiancundao Catering Management Company released the annual report—Innovation, Unity and a New Voyage: The year 2025 marks the most transformative period for Qiancundao. The national food safety supervision regulations have been upgraded, raising requirements for site production and operational processes. By advancing kitchen renovation, Qiancundao has spent several months refining and integrating with the food safety supervision monitoring platform. It has made the processing stages fully transparent and traceable, thereby establishing a control system throughout the entire process.
